Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms. sotspk will void any winnings and close any account found to have been registered using false personal details, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered account on sotspk. The existence of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts belonging to the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where sotspk identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes issued to your registered device. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. sotspk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sotspk immediately by contacting our support team. sotspk will investigate such reports and take appropriate protective action including temporary account suspension where warranted.
sotspk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to Member misconduct, any positive balance will be returned to the Member via the original deposit payment method.
sotspk supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the sotspk cashier interface at the time of transaction.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. sotspk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed after successful completion of the sotspk identity verification process. Members are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly upon registration to avoid delays when submitting withdrawal requests.
sotspk processes withdrawal requests to verified accounts within the timelines stated in the cashier section of the platform. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal is subject to an ongoing responsible gaming review. sotspk is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or mobile wallet provider following release of funds from the platform.
Deposits are generally credited to the Member's sotspk wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delayed or missing deposit, the Member should contact sotspk support with proof of transaction. sotspk will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit discrepancies as quickly as operationally practicable.
sotspk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time each offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sotspk platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any sotspk content without prior written authorisation from sotspk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sotspk's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the sotspk platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sotspk shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even where sotspk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The sotspk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sotspk does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for interruptions to service caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, DDoS attacks, or regulatory actions.
sotspk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in the sotspk Privacy Policy.
sotspk will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Personal data is shared only with regulated third parties necessary for the delivery of platform services — including licensed game providers, payment processors (such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa), and KYC verification service providers — and with regulatory authorities where disclosure is required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sotspk's operating licence is held. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents sotspk from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Disputes relating to specific bet settlements must first be submitted to the sotspk support team. If the Member is not satisfied with the outcome of the support review, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under sotspk's operating licence.
